Actually, we come across recurrent problems among our customers : they have to "juggle" with their software  i.e. enter several times the same data in their various tools.

 
As a result :
- a great loss of time due to repetitive tasks,
- focus centred on the "system" instead of the business,
- a real inconvenience for the users that could impact their motivations.

When an IT system becomes a barrier to leverage due to its lack of opening or its complex architecture as well as when the Information system does not play its role, this may sometimes prevent new strategies or trends from being put in place. 

This results in  blocked situation with its pernicious effects blocking the leverage that IT may propose i.e. development support, IT  simplification and adaptability to the needs of users and entrepreneurs.

We have noticed this problematic in many cases.
As such,  we have listened carefully our customers and we have decided that simplicity was our objective : the user is the key parameter of our concerns.

Thanks to  simple and functional architecture (3/3) and Web standards (XML, web service, .net),  opening has become a characteristic in order to adapt to the current while thinking of the future.
